ABOUT THE GROUP
- A friendly and relaxed yoga group suitable for those with yoga experience taught by Kirsty Booth.
- You don't have to be a superstar yogi, just some experience so you and your body know what to expect.
- We start with some gentle movement or breathing to prepare the mind and warm up the body.
- Then we'll explore a variety of floor (sitting/lying) and standing postures and sequences, with options and variations you can take to suit you.
- We'll finish with some relaxation to calm the body and focus the mind.
- The aim is to provide you with the opportunity to focus on what you need. There's no pressure to look a certain way, just enjoy the chance to get the body moving.

- There is a free car park at the back of the building
